20 August – Tuesday – Laura Sugden

Leaving Ulaanbatar – Stopping at a history museum since the plane leaves at 1:30, not 12:30.
Museum: Mongolian History Museum.  An definite must-see.  The best constume (ethnic) collection I have ever seen.  Excellent artifacts, wood, metal, pottery.  Jewelry and body adornment are in excellent condition, too.  Allow 2 hours so see this place.

The “Postcard man” was at the airport.  He must  have a GPS system to follow us.   Beijing: Guide Tand Zhe (American name: Tony)  He is a real “Beijinger”.
Beijing is 15 mil people, China 1.4 bil people.
Bicycles are the major means of transportation.

Over 10 mil take college exam.  200 colleges in Beijing.
Restaurant: dinner of sweet and sour chicken, baby bok choy, French fries, beer, bottle of water, tea, laughs and giggles and lots of other stuff to eat.

Opens at 7:30P.M. Liyuan Theatre.  Awesome performance.  Acrobats superb.  Chinese ”munchkins” voices.
