ARRIVING CASABLANCA　 EARLY
Should you decide to arrive at Casablanca a day or two before the tour starts, MELITOUR will arrange for your transfer from the hotel no matter what day you arrive and we can reserve room for your extra nights.The room rates at　 HOTEL KENZI BASMA 　is 75.-Euros  per day　 Single , 47.-Euros per day per person in a double room. This charge can be added to your invoice of MELITOUR.
Individual arrivals:

• VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: At the Casablanca Airport, there are two arrival gates. They are called
  GATE T-1 and GATE T-2. Please note that the person waiting for you with MELITOUR sign will be at the GATE -1(ONE)

• Air Morocco Arrives at 06:40 AM. By the time you get to the Hotel Kenzi Basma, the rooms might still not be available. In that case, for those who arrive early on Air Morocco, we will drive you to the south of Casablanca, on the sea front we will offer you tea.

• Air France arrives at 11:40 AM. Transfer to the hotel

If your plane is delayed or if the schedule of the plane is changed and if you can not inform MELITOUR or the phone numbers below, please take a taxi to the hotel. Unless you notify us, the transfer- man and the car/van will go to the air port to meet you at the scheduled time. If you do not show up for transfer, the Moroccan agency will charge us for their service. Therefore, for uninformed schedule change　 of your arrivals, please do not expect a refund.
